MAPA Celebrates 50 Years of PA Practice at Trends in Patient Management 2017
Don’t miss the EPIC celebration planned for Saturday, September 9th to celebrate the PA profession and PAs who have shaped MAPA! Visit Ocean City, Maryland while earning valuable continuing medical education, networking with colleagues, and attending exciting social events. Conference organizers plan to request 42.5 hours of AAPA Category I CME credit from the Physician Assistant Review Panel with the attendee able to earn a total of 29 hours of CME credit during the course of the conference. Total number of approved credits is yet to be determined. Included will be lectures intended to fulfill the State of Maryland CME requirements for Pharmacology and opioid prescribing. Participants are expected to attend all lectures to be eligible for full credit. CME certificates will be available at the end of the course. Credits must be claimed and submitted by attendees on an individual basis. Lecturers for this program include practitioners affiliated with Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Johns Hopkins University, University of Maryland as well as national speakers. Lecturers will provide you with current educational updates in their field of medicine. As a conference attendee you can expect to expand your knowledge base to include new and improved treatment modalities in order for you to give the best quality of care to your patients.
