Each year, the Academy's President awards the recipients of MAPA's Past
President's Council Awards, instituted in 1997. The awards are given at
the fall conference each year for that year. Not all of the four honors
are awarded every year. The criteria for these awards is listed below and
is available here in Adobe Acrobat format
